This gives you access to all your account pages like your personal information, add or edit delivery addresses, look at your wish list or order history and other functions. This part of the web site is designed to make your whole shopping experience a little easier and much more enjoyable.
Here you can change any of your personal details such as name, password, email and date of birth.
You can change your billing address here or create/edit/add a new delivery address so that you can send your order to a different address.
This page will show you a list of all orders you have placed with us showing status etc.
You access this page via your order history, this will show all the items in the order and if the order hasn't been printed for processing you can change your delivery address, though not the country.
We have made it easy for you to build a wish list. Firstly you need to login to your account then simply click on the heart icon on any product page. You can buy directly from your wishlist making it easier for you to make your choice or to place a repeat order. You can add comments like size and colour but you must remember to press the update wish list button after every change or comment added.
You can send your wish list to a friend. Just enter their email address into the "Friends Email Addresses" box then click the "Send To Friends" button. They should receive your list within seconds of hitting the button.
On each product page you will see a "size guide" tab under the add to basket button. If you click on this tab it will give you the manufacturer's or an international size chart for that particular product. Follow this guide to get the perfect size.
Use the Currency Dropdown in the top right hand corner of the site above the search bar, just click the relevant icon to choose your currency.
You can shop and checkout in Great British Pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR), Australian Dollars (AUD), Canadian Dollars (CAD) or United States Dollars (USD). This will be reflected on your bank statement.
When you place an order with UK Swimwear, we will tell you on the product page whether your items are in stock. If you choose any items that are not in stock, we will still charge you for the whole value of the order.
Why do we do this? For security reasons, we do not store your credit and debit card details. We charge you at the checkout once, and with no records of your card details, we cannot charge you again. This increases our security profile dramatically and we feel that this is the best way to serve you, our customers.
Charging you once also acts as a pre-order for the items, reserving the stock for you ahead of their delivery. This means that the stock will never be sold to someone else before you receive yours. After 20 days wait, we will notify you with an automatic email to ask if you'd like to carry on waiting, have an alternative product or receive a refund. You are entitled to cancel reserved items at any time by phone or email.
Please note: The transaction will appear on your bank statement as "Web Shop Direct Ltd".
All goods are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked Post. Orders placed before 16:00/4.00pm GMT will usually be dispatched the same day depending on how busy we are and subject to items being in stock.

All orders are dispatched in completely plain packaging omitting any logos or company names. Larger orders are usually packaged in plain cardboard boxes

You have 28 days to return or exchange any order. All UK returns are free post, please get your free UK returns label here.
Your return parcel can take up to 5 working days to arrive back with us. Faulty goods are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. For non-faulty returns, we must still be able to sell your item so it must be returned in its original resalable condition.
If your return is lost in transit, you must claim from Royal Mail. Proof of posting will be required.
International customers must contact Customer Services before returning any items.
Non-UK customers cannot use free post labels and we cannot reimburse postage to international customers, so we advise economy postage or basic tracking only. We may be able to reimburse economy post for faulty items. You must write "Returning Unwanted Goods To UK Retailer" on your return box. If this is not done, you may be charged duty. This cannot be covered by ourselves.
Returned products must be in perfect condition, with tags and labels still attached and with any original packaging (for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items where the seal on the packet has been broken or opened and the hosiery must not have be taken out of the packet).
Colours swatches displayed on the website are only close aproximations to the colour of the item. Individual computor monitors will have their colour settings at different levels and therefore may display colours slightly differently to others. Each item has a clear viewing window on either the front or back of the packet. This allows you to check the colour of the product before opening the packet.
Should your parcel be returned to us by Royal Mail and they state that you did not collect the package from the sorting office, a £5 administration charge will be levied to cover the handling of this order.

UK Swimwear complies with Consumer Contracts 2013 and Online Trading Laws along with Electronic Commerce Directive Regulations
If you believe your parcel is either lost in transit or damaged you have 21 days after dispatch to notify customer service. We are unable to refund historic order as no investigation can take place.

If your order has already been dispatched, simply return it as outlined in our returns policy.
You have 14 days to cancel your order from the date you placed it. If it has been dispatched, then you have the responsibility to return the goods correctly.
A full refund will be given including postage and return costs. If you are outside of the UK, you must contact customer service initially to discuss your return.
