With a more formal cut and the addition of short sleeves, plus a Japanese inspired zen circle pattern, Lipari is one of the more exotic and Eastern looking items in the Miss Matisse collection. Even the single white line down the left of the torso is taken from the Chinese "chi-pao", a single form-fitting dress with a centre or side-torso fold, sometimes called a Mandarin gown.
